A Baker Construction and Son is a family-run building company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. For over 35 years we have been transforming homes across the West Sussex coast - from single-storey rear extensions in Worthing to full loft conversions in Bognor Regis, refurbishments in Chichester and groundworks projects throughout Rustington, Arundel and the surrounding villages.
Whether you are extending a 1930s semi in Littlehampton, converting a loft in Goring-by-Sea or laying foundations for a new build in Angmering, we deliver every project to the highest standard and in full compliance with Building Regulations.
Our work covers every stage of the build. Extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, structural alterations, driveways, landscaping and full property refurbishments are all coordinated by us with trusted carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, groundworkers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers. We also work alongside trusted local architects and structural engineers, so we can take you through the entire process from initial drawings to final handover.

Based in Littlehampton, we serve homeowners across West Sussex and the surrounding coastal towns. We work across the entire West Sussex coastal belt and the surrounding villages, with most of our projects within 30 minutes of our base.
